Quilted Tote: Under $40

I've been wanting to buy the Longchamp 'LePilage' tote for quite a while, but really don't see myself paying $125 for a nylon tote, which is why I was so excited when I spotted this 'Poppie Jones' quilted tote at DSW. It's just $39 and looks very similar to the Longchamp version--don't cha think?
